PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This document constitutes an official public offer agreement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, and other applicable laws of England and Wales.
By accepting the terms set out below, an individual or legal entity (hereinafter – the “User”) accepts this offer and enters into a legally binding agreement with HAIRHOUSE LONDON LTD, Company Number: 14724377, registered in England and Wales on 13 March 2023 (hereinafter – the “Organiser”).

1. DEFINITIONS
Organiser – HAIRHOUSE LONDON LTD, Company Number: 14724377, registered in England and Wales.
User – an individual who books Services through the Website https://hairhouse.uk.
Website – https://hairhouse.uk.
Booking Request – a structured online form available on the Website enabling the User to book Services displayed on the Website.
Booking – a reservation of Services via the Website in accordance with the parameters stated in the Booking Request.
Service – the online purchase, reservation, or payment (including payment processing) offered by the Organiser in relation to the services provided by a Supplier listed on the Website.
Website Administration – authorised staff managing the Website on behalf of HAIRHOUSE LONDON LTD.
Account – an online account created when a User submits a Booking Request on the Website, enabling use of the Services.
Services – hairdressing, manicure and pedicure services, and any other beauty-related services provided in accordance with the Organiser’s service standards.
Supplier – a provider of Services listed on the Website.
Order – an electronic confirmation sent to the User containing the date, time, type, and location of the Service booked.
Payment Card – a debit or credit card used for cashless payment of Services through the Website.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Organiser agrees to provide the User with beauty services and/or sell goods according to the current assortment, and the User agrees to pay for such services/goods in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2. Any questions, suggestions, or complaints regarding the Service should be sent to info@hairhouse.uk.
2.3. By making a booking on the Website, the User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
2.4. Services ordered by the User are provided by independent Suppliers. The Organiser is not responsible for the actual delivery of the Services, which is the sole responsibility of the Supplier under their own terms and conditions.
2.5. The Organiser provides an online booking platform only and acts solely as an intermediary between the User and the Supplier.
2.6. Bookings made with false information or fraudulent payment details are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant UK authorities.
2.7. By making a booking, the User confirms that they:
  • have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
  • consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR;
  • are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity;
  • are responsible for all payments for the booked Services.

3. BOOKING SERVICES
3.1. A booking request expresses the User’s intention to acquire Services from a Supplier.
3.2. An active phone number is required to complete a booking.
3.3. A booking does not constitute the purchase of the Service until payment is made (unless otherwise stated).
3.4. The User must provide their full name, phone number, and chosen Service parameters.
3.5. The price of Services may change between the booking date and purchase date.
3.6. Any booking changes or cancellations initiated by the Supplier will be communicated directly to the User by the Supplier.

4. PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES
4.1. Services can be paid for online by debit/credit card in GBP or other currencies accepted by the payment processor.
4.2. By paying via card, the User confirms they are authorised to use the card.
4.3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse a payment if there are doubts regarding its authenticity.
4.4. All bank fees or commissions are payable by the User.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PREPAID PACKAGES
5.1. A subscription is a prepayment for goods and/or services available via the Website or in-store.
5.2. Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5.3. Unused balances after expiry are non-refundable.
5.4. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required under UK consumer law.

6. REFUNDS
6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled Service time by email to info@hairhouse.uk.
6.2. Refunds are processed by the Supplier in accordance with their policy.
6.3. If no cancellation is made within the required notice period, no refund will be issued.

7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1. The Organiser is the data controller for personal data processed via the Website.
7.2. Personal data is processed in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7.3. Data may be shared with Suppliers for the purpose of providing the booked Service.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
